Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Submit a Withdrawal Request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete our contact form and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Products you wish to return

  • Email address used for the order

Upon receipt of your request, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exemption applies under applicable consumer protection legislation, including products that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect any other statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
